Happy Holidays is for terrorists. Merry Christmas -Jack and Avery

Normally, I use my blogs to discuss what really matters in the world, entertainment, but today I have been feeling the dampening effects of the holiday season and wanted to bitch about such. But now that I think about it, it does relate to good old television. Cornerstone of every parents raising of a child.

Holidays for the most part have sucked for me. Not that I dislike them. Sadly the last nine years really put the kibosh on the true meaning of them. People mostly with their idiot opinions and inability to take a joke has set me off today. Lets get to my complaining.

On my Facebook, I wrote what Jack Donaghy's X-Mas cards said on last nights episode of 30 Rock, which was "Happy Holidays is what terrorists say. Merry Christmas -Jack and Avery. Of course some people decided what I wrote was offensive and started bitching.

First off, you don't watch 30 Rock, one of the best comedies ever, so burn in the fire pit of hell reserved for bad television watching decisions. It'll be easy for you to locate its right between rape and giving aids to newborn babies.

Changing my humor would take an act of God. As in he would have to strike me down dead.

Everything I say is always in good nature and well it may not always be tasteful and politically correct its always a joke. I don't wish to have a debate on Facebook or have a discussion with people its why I post things on my Facebook. Humor is like a hand grenade, you throw it into a crowd and someone is going to get hurt.

Christmas, the holiday that is suppose to bring people together but instead just further proves how horribly different we all are as people and gives us a reason to further hate each other. Being a religious holiday its not for everyone. Everyone has their own traditions and I say to each his own. I don't give a @#$% what you do.

I grew up celebrating Christmas and was always so excited about its coming, but as I grew up the tradition started to further itself from me. My work destroyed every holiday I held near and sapped my ability to enjoy any of the childhood traditions instilled in me. Slowly now I am finally getting myself back and realizing that life ain't too bad. Even though I'm going through some nasty @#$% right now I wouldn't trade it all for the  world.

Anyhoo, Happy Holidays people! Have a great whatever it is you celebrate or don't celebrate and try to be good to people even though we are all bad and horrible is in our nature.

And start watching 30 Rock and learn to laugh. It feels good. Hugs.

Red Dead Redemption - Undead Nightmare Review

Zombies! Check. New weapons! Check. A brand new single player campaign! Check! A @#$%ing Unicorn! Check. For 1600 points I picked up the last two expansions I missed out on and the new zombie infested Undead Nightmare expansion for the phenomenal western epic Red Dead Redemption and let me tell you I was not disappointed. One of the best video game times I have had all year!

Rockstar Games managed to outdo themselves and create the best game add-on I have had the pleasure of spending my vast amounts of money on. It did a fantastic job meshing the characters and world you already got to know from Red Dead Redemption into a zombie wonderland. Zombies are the current craze right now. You can't turn your head without seeing the undead on some form of entertainment. Can you really blame the movies and television for overusing them?! They have more personality and acting skills than the whole cast of Grey's Anatomy and most are better looking.

The game picks up right after John Marston gets his family back and now seemingly has them torn away again by a mysterious plague! You being the badass you are, go to town to see what is happening which leads you in to battle with a town overrun with the undead! These zombies will run at you and everything you originally learned about using cover and taking out enemies is down the shitter! From there you make your way across the countryside cleansing the old west of zombie filth while kicking ass and chewing bubblegum, and your all outta bubblegum!

I have easily put in at least 12 hours so far on the new campaign. Between the main plot, zombie cleansing  mission in every town, graveyard clean-up, new horses to find, and side missions you will find yourself always busy. All the little touches to characters you previously met are great and will make you chuckle. Especially Seth and his creepy-ass shit! I personally think this little "alternate-reality" story is one of my favorite gaming experiences this year and Rockstar Games really put a lot of work into making a truly amazing western zombie killing epic! Well the only Western zombie video game I known of.

This expansion is better and longer than a slew of full priced games I have gotten this year. Do yourself a favor and pick Red Dead Redemption and the this expansion you won't go wrong.

What did you guys think of the expansion? I can never get enough zombies in my life. Hugs!

Jackass 3-D! Review

I just got back from Jackass 3-D and I can say I have not laughed that much in a long time. I am not going to actually try to review this film, but I will say it was a hilarious movie that helped take my mind off the world. Did you know that miners were trapped in Chile?! I didn't! When the hell did that happen? Huh.

If you enjoyed the television show or either of the past two films go check it out. The 3-D really ain't too shabby either. Its actually the best use of 3-D I have seen in a movie. Sorry Avatar I don't have three hours to fall asleep. I am completely still against 3-D cinema but I'd watch another 3-D Jackass film. Other movies quit following a fad and Cameron go make a good movie.

Vomit, poop, and penis are just some of the fun things you will get to enjoy! I don't want to list any stunts as that takes away from the shock factor. Let's just say I did my fair share of cringing. I really do miss Jackass. Watching people get hurt for some reason makes me smile and I can't bring myself to waste my time with YouTube @#$%.

Its just nice to laugh and I promise you if you go see Jackass you will laugh your @$$ off and have a great time. My face still hurts!

If you did see it, what were your favorite Jackass moments?!

Glee, Season 2, Episode 4 Review, "Duets"

This week on my favorite show in the world comes the weakest episode of the season thus far, "Duets". As you may have guessed from the title, each Glee member is paired up with the member of their choice to sing a duet. Competing students are voted on at the end to win a dinner for two coupon to eat at Breadsticks, the "Olive Garden" of the Glee Universe apparently.

First, characters are missing which wouldn't bother me if it were not two of the funnier ones, Sue Sylvester and Puck. Puck missing because he smashed his car into a convenience store and stole the ATM, landing himself in juvenile detention. In truth, there is no doubt in my mind he was written out of the episode to allow for new Glee member, Sam to get with Quinn. I guess that is one way to not have to deal with his reaction until a later show. And Sue does disappear from episode to episode. She seems very non-existent story wise this season. No really purpose, well, besides silly quotes.

Kurt finds a new crush to crush on, former quarterback and the club's newest, Sam. Kurt just doesn't realize how strong he comes on to his crushes. Calm down, boy! Finn has a problem with Kurt ruining Sam's reputation, which really isn't his business. Finn and Rachel are such annoying little pains in the @$$. Sam agrees to duet with Kurt. Then Kurt breaks it off and sings a duet by himself, cause he stands alone and is different, sigh.

I was actually surprised Kurt was taking care of his Dad, Burt in the episode. I am used to things like that being written out of TV shows once they happen.

For the prevs in Gleekdom, this episode confirms that Santana and Brittany are more than just friends in a little bedroom petting sequence. Brittany and Santana end up have a falling out, leading to Santana duetting with Mercedes. While Brittany goes after Artie to help her win the contest. She also helps him learn that the most important part of his body works still. You go Artie! Naughty, naughty.

All you Mike Chang fans prepare to have your dreams crushed! Mike Chang can't sing! I am hoping it was just the song Tina and him sang. But if that is really how he sings don't you dare let that happen again, Glee!!! If he is pretty dancing, let him dance!

Rachel and Finn decide to lose the duet competition on purpose for the better of the club, cause they believe they will win of course. Rachel is a @#$%#. Something about her is driving me up a wall this season. I can't help but complain every time she is on the screen. She looks horribly like one of my least favorite people this season, Barbra Streisand. I think it is her hagrifical hairdo. They sing by far the worst of the already @#itty song selection, Billy Preston and Syreeta, "With You I'm Born Again". It's bad.

Song wise this episode, what is the nicest word to describe it? Crap, with a capital C. I found myself hoping they would just end. Only two were not so bad which were Elton John and Kiki Dee's, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" sang by Rachel and Finn and Jason Marz and Colbie Caillat's, "Lucky" sang by Sam and Quinn. Otherwise shame on you Glee! You hurt my ears this week!

The episode wasn't terrible, it was actually good story wise. But after the last three very spectacular episodes, it just fell short and feels worse than it probably was. Bad, Glee! Balance your songs!

Next week no new Glee. Rocky Horror coming in two weeks!

What did you think of the episode? Any songs you wish they would sing?

Episode Song List:

Elton John and Kiki Dee - "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" - Finn and Rachel
Ike and Tina Turner - "River Deep, Mountain High" - Mercedes and Santana
Victor/Victoria - "Le Jazz Hot!" - Kurt
Billy Preston and Syreeta - "With You I'm Born Again" - Finn and Rachel
A Chorus Line - "Sing" - Mike and Tina
Jason Marz and Colbie Caillat - "Lucky" - Quinn and Sam
Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand - "Happy Days Are Here Again" - Kurt and Rachel

Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2 Demo Out Now!

Last night, the sneaky X-Box Live released the Star Wars: Force Unleashed 2 demo to its gaming masses! Force Unleashed 2 is the sequel to the 2008 smash hit of the same name, well without the 2. You continue the story of Vader's former apprentice searching for his place in the universe. But you know what you really want from it and that is jacked to holy hell force powers!

I'm not usually a fan of demos, but I really want to force push some Stormtroopers off a cliff right now! Tell me what you think of the demo! Are you excited for this sequel? Enjoy peoples! Hugs!

New Harry Potter Posters!

WB just unleashed a slew of new posters for the second to last Harry Potter film.

Here are the new portrait ones. They are so-so, Voldemort one is pretty cool looking though. Gonna be awesome! But sad when they are all over.

Not really a fan of the HP7 logo either. Sounds like sunscreen when you say it out loud. I'll quit wasting your time, enjoy!
