Should he stay or should he go?!

According to g4tv.com, Epic Games and Mircosoft are feeling kind and want us to feel like we have the power to decide whether people should live or die. Clayton Carmine, a new character in Gears of War 3 is the poor soul whose life is in your hands. On July 29th Xbox Live will allow the purchase of two new avatar shirts, one "Carmine Must Die", other "Save Carmine". Knowing my friends I feel very sorry for him!

Each avatar shirt purchased will put a vote in toward the respective category. Cool thing all the sales of the avatar gear is going to Child's Play Charity, so its not just completely a silly gimmick. Check out http://www.childsplaycharity.org/ for more info where the money is going. Mircosoft will also be at the San Diego Comic Con this week doing their own thing.

   According to Microsoft:

"Fans attending Comic-Con International in San Diego this week will also be able to cast their votes early by purchasing real life limited edition “Save Carmine” or “Carmine Must Die” t-shirts at the NECA booth (#3145) for $20.00. Gears fans can also visit the Xbox 360 booth (#5153) to be play Gears of War 3 Beast Mode throughout the show. Finally, the team from Epic Games, including design director Cliff Bleszinski, executive producer Rod Fergusson and lead writer Karen Traviss, will be signing Comic-Con exclusive posters at the Xbox booth on Saturday, July 24 at 12:00 p.m. PDT."
